Flo Rida has to pay up after failing to perform at a concert last year.
Just this past October, Flo Rida was expected to perform at the Newcastle's Fat As Butter festival in Australia, but instead, he left moments before it was time to hit the stage, leavings 11,000 fans very upset.
Mothership Music, the event organizer group, later filed suit against Flo for breach of contract and damages.
To make the situation worst, Flo also failed to appear at a hearing last week that costed Mothership 2,000 fans, their sponsorship and food and beverage sales.
"The no-show by Flo Rida damaged the trading reputation of the plaintiff, impacting its ability to stage future events, attract patrons and compete with rivals in the music event industry," said Judge Judith Gibson.
Gibson then ordered Flo to pay $380,400 in damages and $37,745 in legal fees.
